For foreign financial corporations, foreign investors, etc., who wish to expand into Osaka, the Center provides one-stop support for specialized inquiries on topics such as financial licenses, as well as consultations on business and lifestyle in Osaka.
○ Opening date: December 15 (Wed.), 2021
○ Hours: Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM (excluding holidays and the year-end and New Year’s period)

Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City have established the portal website “Global Financial City OSAKA” for collecting necessary information in order to attract human resources, funds, and information from overseas toward the realization of a global financial city. We will gradually enhance the website (including multilingual support) to provide access information on living environment, education, etc., including various related procedures.

As the first collaborative project between Osaka Prefecture/Osaka City and a private organization, a Business Collaboration Agreement was consummated between SBI Holdings Inc. and Iwai Cosmo Securities Co., Ltd., which are members of the Promotion Committee, and the Fintech Association of Japan, which is an observer organization.
